Within the framework of the activities of the Mexican National Metropolitan Network (RENAMET) led by SEDATU in coordination with Cities Alliance, the general purpose of this Metropolitan Conversation is to contribute to the implementation of Agenda 2030 and in particular SDG 11, "make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable".

In particular, and in view of the remains represented by the pandemic, the conversation seeks to identify immediate responses and challenges to the COVID19, as well as to analyze how these strengthen the process of metropolitan governance in Mexico and abroad.

This Metropolitan Conversation will be held in Spanish. If you would like to join the debate, please click here to request an invitation. As capacity is limited, the event will also be broadcasted live through the Facebook page of Mexico's Ministry of Agrarian, Territorial and Urban Development (SEDATU).
