Supporting knowledge exchange in India’s cities through the PEARL network

The Jawaharlal Nehru Urban Renewal Mission has brought a new focus to urban development in India. The Peer Exchange and Reflective Learning (PEARL) network helps cities implement JNNURM projects and reforms by enabling them to share knowledge. Cities Alliance has supported PEARL since early 2010.
