Executive Committee Meeting - 4-7 June 2012 - Uganda

Dear EXCO Members,

 

As previously indicated, our forthcoming EXCO meeting in Uganda is being organised in association with two other global programmes based at the Bank -  the Public Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF), the Global Partnership on Output-Based Aid (GPOBA) - as well as the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG). These meetings, which will be held between June 4-7, 2012 in Kampala and Jinja,  will provide a valuable opportunity for all four organizations to share their experiences in Uganda, hear accounts from local counterparts, as well as explore opportunities for collaboration more generally.

 

Monday, June 4 (Kampala) and Tuesday, June 5 (Jinja) will consist of joint forums in the mornings, followed by site visits in the afternoon.  The EXCO meeting itself will be held on Wednesday, June 6.

 

In preparation, please find attached a draft agenda and a calendar of events for the four days. We have also attached an administrative note that provides useful information on logistical arrangements for the meetings, so that you can make your arrangements as appropriate. Sid is preparing Visa Letters, and she will shortly be in touch with you directly. Kindly please confirm your participation to her (shenderson@citiesalliance.org) by 30 March 2012
