Dear Consultative Group,

 

The Secretariat is pleased to provide an update on Cities Alliance proposals that have been processed since our last Update of 27 August 2012.

 

I would like to take this opportunity to highlight and share with you, for the purposes of member co-ordination, four proposals, "Supporting the Implementation of the Urban Burkina Faso Country Programme (Phase I)", " Addressing the Land Information Requirements of the Urban Poor – Phase 2: Scaling Up the Use and Application of the Social Tenure Domain Model (STDM) ", "India: Support for City-wide In-situ Slum Upgrading " and "Transformation of Mumbai into a World Class City - Phase III ". 

 

We would welcome any early feedback or suggestions you or your country-based colleagues might wish to bring to our attention and would ask that comments be sent by 23 January 2013.
