Prepared with the support of the Cities Alliance, this edition of UN-Habitat’s State of Latin American and Caribbean Cities Report presents the current situation of the region’s urban world, including the demographic, economic, social, environmental, urban and institutional conditions in which cities are developing. Urban transition, as traditionally conceived, is practically completed in almost all the countries of the region.
