16 November 2010: Cities Alliance Draft Charter Version 15 November 2010 and Comments on CG Documents from Sida

Dear Consultative Group Members,
We are looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow. Please find attached the draft version of the Charter that was endorsed by the Executive Committee,which met today, 15 November 2010 showing tracked changes from the 26 October version which was previously circulated.
Also, please find attached comments on several CG meeting agenda topics from Sida, who unfortunately, are not able to join the meeting tomorrow.
We will provide hard copies of these two documents at tomorrow's meeting.
The meeting will be held on the fourth floor in room Don Alberto One at the Hilton Hotel Reforma, Avenida Juarez no. 70.
